JCR Speed Shop frame-up race prep- includes the following:

Remove swing arm and suspension for modifications. Install heavier fork/shock springs (if required). Remove steering stem to pack with grease and lube all bearings and pivot points. Install suspension, swing arm, linkage and torque to spec. Install sub-mount steering damper system, handlebars and controls. Install GPS and cell phone power supply. Install LED headlight with custom brackets and JCR race light power supply.  Install exhaust system and fuel tuner, adjust fuel mapping or TPS if necessary. Prep all fasteners with locking compound. Install Nitro mousses and tires.  Install engine hour meter, lube cables and bleed brakes. Line right side panel with heavy-duty heat shield.  Replace seat foam and cover. Apply decals or graphics kit as specified. TEST RIDE!
